Breathe & Begin

Breathe deep. Set your feet firmly on the ground. And begin.
- Raymond Cathalo

Last week, I had the incredible opportunity to record a live podcast in Singapore for the Entrepreneur’s Organization Wonder podcast.

This experience brought me back to 2015, a time when I was engulfed in hesitation and procrastination—doing everything but actually recording my podcast episodes.

Back then, I found myself endlessly reading reviews about quick equipment setups, asking others which equipment I should buy, purchasing gear, reading books about podcasting, and attending workshops.

However, it wasn’t until the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO) gave me a firm deadline GLC 2016 that I truly began my podcasting journey.

Eight years later, I can confidently say that continuing this project was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

It’s become easier over time, and the opportunity to meet and learn from fantastic entrepreneurs, authors, and thought leaders has been immensely enriching.

If you’re currently working on a big project or idea and finding it hard to start, take a leaf from Raymond Cathalo’s book:

“Breathe deep. Set your feet firmly on the ground. And begin.”

  1. Define Your Goal: Clearly define what you want to achieve with your project. Make it SMART!
  2. Break It Down: Split your goal into manageable tasks.
  3. Set Deadlines: Assign realistic deadlines to each task.
  4. Find an Accountability Coach: Team up with someone who can keep you on track.
  5. Gather Resources: Collect all the necessary tools and information you’ll need.
  6. Create a Routine: Dedicate specific times in your day or week to work on your project.
  7. Seek Feedback: Don’t hesitate to ask for feedback from knowledgeable peers or mentors.
  8. Adjust and Proceed: Use the feedback to improve and keep moving forward.

As your entrepreneur coach, I’m here to help you navigate the complexities of your goals.
