03 Dec Plan Your Best Year Ever With Me This January
by Kalika Yap
I can’t believe it’s December!
Where did the year go?
By the time this email reaches you, I’ll be well into my seven-day silent retreat at Spirit Rock. I’ve been going to Spirit Rock Meditation Center for the past four years, and it’s brought a lot of joy, clarity and calm into my life.

Another annual ritual is the Best Year Ever Planning Event, which I’ve been doing with entrepreneurs for the past six years.
It’s become a grounding practice that helps me reflect with intention and plan my year with confidence.

I’ve learned that planning on your own can be helpful, but planning together brings a different kind of energy and focus. You get support, encouragement, and the reminder that you’re not doing this alone.
I’d love to have you with me!
This event gives you time to pause, reflect, and shape your vision for 2026 with a clear mind and a community around you.
Best Year Ever Planning Event Details
Dates: January 15, 16, or 19 (choose the day that works best)
Time: 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM
Location: 11645 Woodbridge St., Studio City, CA
Cost: $150 per person, which includes an updated Best Year Journal, brunch, dessert and drinks.
We will take time to connect with other entrepreneurs, focus on what matters to you and how you want to shape the year ahead.
Gary Keller shares an idea in The One Thing that I come back to often:
“What is the one thing you can do, such that by doing it,
everything else will be easier or unnecessary?”
We will explore this together and give you space to turn your ideas into simple next steps.
You’re welcome to stay until 3:30 PM for extra time to journal, reflect, or settle into your plans.
I hope you join me. It is a warm and supportive way to step into the new year with clarity.
