I hope you’ve all enjoyed a lovely summer! It’s Mochi’s third birthday today! She wants to say hi!

One of my favorite business books I’ve ever read is “The Greatest Salesman in the World” by Og Mandino.

A particular quote that has always resonated with me is, “I will greet this day with love in my heart.”

This sentiment beautifully reminds me of the practice of Metta.

What is Metta?

Metta, from the Pali language, translates to “loving friendliness”. It’s a heartfelt extension of warmth and benevolence, both inward and outward.
