I’m on my way to becoming a certified mindfulness teacher through the prestigious UC Berkeley Good Science Center.

As part of this program, I’m thrilled to extend an invitation to all entrepreneurs out there to join me in an introductory mindfulness class designed just for you.

Starting in March and running through June, I’ll be hosting mindfulness sessions every Tuesday, designed to fit into your busy schedule.

Whether you’re an online early bird or prefer a mid-day break, there’s a slot for everyone:

– Virtual Connection: Learn mindfulness from the comfort of your own space on Zoom from 10 am to 11 am Pacific time (

– In-Person Experience: Learn mindfulness in the serene beauty of Los Angeles. Join us from 1 pm to 3pm Pacific time at various iconic locations, including the Lake Shrine, Peace Awareness Labyrinth, the Getty Center and other locations.

Choose Your Six-Week Session:

  • First Session Dates: 3/5, 3/12, 4/2, 4/9, 4/16, 4/30 (Zoom or In-Person)
  • Second Session Dates: 5/7, 5/14, 5/21, 5/28, 6/4, 6/11 (Zoom or In-Person)

These sessions are donation-based, making them accessible to everyone.

Please note, certain activities like the tea ceremony ($35) or meals during mindful eating at the Getty Center will require payment.

What are the dates and times for the sessions?

The series runs from March to June, with sessions on Tuesdays. Online sessions are from 10 am to 11 am Pacific time and in-person sessions in Los Angeles locations are from 1 pm to 2:30 pm Pacific time.

Choose from two six-week sessions: the first starting in March and the second in May.

How do I join the online sessions?

What will the in-person sessions include?

In-person sessions will take place at various inspiring locations in Los Angeles, including but not limited to the Lake Shrine, Huntington and the Getty Center. These sessions are designed to be immersive, involving grounding meditations, mindful walking, and more, set against beautiful backdrops.

What is the cost to participate?

The series is on a donation basis to ensure it’s accessible to all interested entrepreneurs. Recommended donation is $25 per session.

However, some specific activities, like the tea ceremony or meals during mindful eating sessions, will have an additional cost.

What if I can only attend some of the sessions?

That’s okay! We understand the busy schedules of entrepreneurs. While attending all sessions is beneficial for a comprehensive experience, you’re welcome to join as many sessions as you can.

Do I need any prior experience with mindfulness?

No prior experience is necessary. The series is designed for both beginners and those with an existing mindfulness practice.

What should I bring to the in-person sessions?

For in-person sessions, we recommend to bring a journal and pen, a water bottle and to wear comfortable clothing. Specific details for each session will be shared in advance.
